Dapoli

Dapoli is a town in Konkan that is off a town known as Khed. This is off Mumbai - Goa highway and has beautiful beaches and fishing towns surrounding it.

This is just a view of a beach that is enroute from Harne Bandar a fishing town to Anjarli known for it's famous Lord Ganesh temple.

This is just a glimpse of a sight ... to get the complete picture of this place the only option is to visit and roam around.

Dapoli is about 6hrs drive from Pune ... you have two options ...

1) Travel via scenic Tamhini ghat

2) Travel via scenic Mahabaleshwar

both ways you reach Poladpur and then onward you reach Khed and then Dapoli.

Believe you me ... it is worth a visit at-least once...
